Die Wohnung bietet für eine 3-5 köpfige Familie ausreichend Platz und ist mit allen gängigen Features ausgestattet._x000D_ Auch der Vierbeiner hat die Möglichkeit im abgezäunten Bereich rauszuegehen._x000D_ _x000D_ Was unseren Aufenthalt jedoch mehr als getrübt hat ist die kaputte Lüftung und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter._x000D_ Tagsüber sowie nachts ging die Lüftung im Badezimmer so laut an, dass man im daneben liegenden Schlafzimmer nicht mehr schlafen konnte. Die Lüftung ging für eine Dauer von ca. 3 Minuten an._x000D_ In unserer Dokumentation haben wir zwischen 4-6 Videos gedreht, die den Geräuschpegel dokumentieren. Besonders die Momente nachts um 1:04, am darauffolgenden Tag 2:10, 4:42, 3:11, 5:16 usw bleiben in Erinnerung._x000D_ In den 7 Nächten vor Ort war aufgrund des Schlafmangels die Erholung gleich null. Der Techniker der nach 3 Tagen kam zuckte an der Haustüre nur mit den Schultern - geholfen wurde hier einem nicht. Nicht mal die Mühe machte sich der Techniker um den Fehler zu lokalisieren. bzw. überhaupt über die Türschwelle zu treten._x000D_ Auch im Nachgang zeigte sich hier der Vermieter nicht kommunikativ für diesen groben Mangel eine Lösung zu erarbeiten. Läppische 10% wollte man bei der nächsten Buchung anbieten. Auf weitere Mails gab es, keine Antwort mehr. Für 7 Tage Schlafentzug ein einziger Witz. Trotz der schönen Wohnung - können wir den Vermieter gar nicht empfehlen!!!

Eine schöne Zeit in Mittenwald. Du hast alles in der Ferienwohnung. Von den Zügen hatten wir keine Last. Sehr gut geschlafen.
