Cancellation policy
To confirm the reservation it is necessary to pay 25% of the total price.
This is a guarantee to the guest that the accommodation is reserved for the selected period.
The rest of the payment is paid before arriving at the bank account or check-in cash, depending on the preference of the guest.
The security deposit is EUR 400 and is refundable upon departure.
For rent of 14 nights discount on the total price is 5%, in July and August sconto is 10%.
If the guest wants to cancel the reservation, the owner should be contacted as soon as possible.
If the owner manages to rent the house to another guest for the selected period, the full amount of 20% of the total price will be refunded.

Getting there
From the airport:
After leaving the airport, drive towards Split, about 4 km to Kaštel Novi. After the Tommy supermarket, turn left into another street next to the park into Ponikvice Street. After 40 m turn right into a small private street where Villa Stela is located.
By highway:
Exit from the highway is Prgomet, and drive towards Trogir about 10 km. Arriving on the crossroads, drive in the direction of Split and after 5 km turn towards Kaštel Novi.

Wir hatten einen super schönen Urlaub im Ferienhaus. Das Haus und der Pool sind toll. Es gibt einen sehr tollen Raum mit Billard, Dart und Tischkicker den wir leider nicht viel benutzt haben durch den schönen Pool und das tolle Wetter. Stela und Ivo sind sehr sehr nett und immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Der Standort ist auch sehr gut und ruhig gelegen, Bäcker und ein kleiner Tommy sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Bis zur Promenade sind es ca. 10 min zum laufen. Auf jeden Fall eine klare Empfehlung. Danke für den schönen Urlaub

Wir durften 1 Woche in der bezaubernden Villa Stela verbringen und es war einfach nur traumhaft! :) Die Villa ist sehr groß und geräumig und der Garten mit der Poolanlage ist auch wunderschön! Es ist einfach alles vorhanden und es fehlt einem an nichts. Die Vermieter Stela und Ivo sind wundervolle Menschen und mehr als bemüht.
