Cancellation policy
If you cancel, you pay 90% cancellation costs (10% for unused bed and towels is deducted) without tourist tax and final cleaning. See the accommodation contract Article 535 of the Civil Code.
We recommend that our guests take out travel cancellation insurance.
If you cancel, we will immediately post a last minute advertisement and will report the cancellation to the local tourist information to be able to re-rent the property to other guests. This rental income will then be deducted from the cancellation fee.

Motorcycling, hiking, climbing and climbing routes lead into the Berchtesgaden national park, guided hikes through the Hallthurmer Moor, torch and snowshoe tours.
Holiday destination
It is only a few minutes drive to the Königssee, Hintersee, salt mines, Jennerbahn, Roßfeld Höhenringstraße, Watzmann spa, and national park.
The Mozart city of Salzburg is 26 km away and can be reached by car or bus in about 30 minutes.
The natural Aschauerweiher bathing lake, which is a Nordic skiing centre in the winter can be reached on foot from our house.
Our holiday apartment is framed by the Berchtesgaden mountains, from which you can see the Kehlstein, the Hohen Göll, the Hohe Brett, the Jenner and the Watzmann from your balcony. It is an ideal starting point for your hikes or in the winter for your winter sports such as skiing, snowboarding, Nordic skiing or sledding.
It is only a five minute drive to the climbing gym in the Strub.
Getting there
Via motorway A8 - Piding/Bad Reichenhall/Berchtesgaden exit- further on the B20 via the Hallthurmer Berg to Bischofswiesen, further towards Berchtesgaden. 1 km after Bischofswiesen is the district of Stanggaß. After the pedestrian crossing, turn left into the Sonnleitstrasse. The second option to take a right will take you to our doorstep, Sonnleitstrasse 26
