Cancellation policy
ENGLISH TRANSLATION: If the tenant withdraws from the contract he owes a remuneration as follows:
withdrawel up to 44 days before the rent ist beginning 30% of the rent
withdrawel up to 30 days before the rent ist beginning 50% of the rent
withdrawel up to 14 days before the rent ist beginning 80% of the rent
The declaration of withdrawel has to be done in writing. For the calculation of the a.m. deadlines the reception of the said written declaration of withdrawel by the owner of the house is decisive.
If the HISTORICAL BALKENHAUSCHEN can be rented under the same conditions, the tenant is only charged a processing fee of 5% of the rental price, but at least 50.00 €. If the holiday home can only be rented at a discount, the renter must pay the difference amount, plus the processing fee, but not exceeding the amount resulting from paragraph 1.

The fully listed HISTORISCHE BALKENHÄUSCHEN in the quiet residential "play"street "An der Mauer" right opposite the historic bath/pool in the lake KRÄHENTEICH (fully noise protected) is the ideal location to discover by foot the hanseatic city of LÜBECK, nowadays city of culture, nordic cinema and Christmas, as well as the nearby Baltic beaches to start with the one of famous TRAVEMÜNDE (a quarter of LÜBECK), where THOMAS MANN as well as his BUDDENBROOK family enjoyed their summer vacations. Just a few steps to the green ramparts around Lübeck with a brilliant children's water playground, as well as numerous green walking and running routes, also along the Elbe-Lübeck Canal.

ANKE is always on site, but ONLY for check-in/check-out and real emergencies, as well as preparing and tidying up the house. I am responsible for EVERYTHING else (the times 2 p.m. to 12 p.m. apply exclusively to ME). As I commute between Lübeck and France for work, I am best reached by email. - Since 2007 on Traum-Ferienwohnungen - a former Hanseatic company - this has unfortunately declined significantly. Ich war jetzt schon zum zweiten mal mit einer Kollegin während eines Kongresses in diesem wunderschönen kleinen Ferienhäuschen. Die Treppen sind dann unsere tägliche sportliche Herausforderung und eine guter Ausgleich. Wir fühlen uns sehr wohl, haben alles, was wir brauchen und genießen die zentrale Lage. Für das nächste Jahr sind wir schon angemeldet.

Wir haben ein paar wunderschöne, sonnige und entspannte Tage mit unseren Töchtern in dem kleinen Balkenhäusschen verbracht. Mit netten Nachbarn im Hotel gegenüber und einem tollen Frühstück!
