Terms and Conditions in the Hotel Industry

1. The accommodation contract is concluded as soon as the room is booked and confirmed or, if a confirmation cannot be provided because of lack of time, made available.
2. Conclusion of the guest contract obligates the partners to fulfil the contract regardless of the length of the stay.
3. In the case of failure to make the room available, the innkeeper (hotelier) is obligated to compensate the guest.
4. a.) In case the guest does not utilise the contractual services, the guest is obligated to pay the agreed or customary price, minus expenses saved by the innkeeper.
b.) According to experience, the savings amount to 20% of the overnight price for overnight stays and 40% of the board price for pension agreements (rooms with meals).
5.a.) The innkeeper shall act in good faith and re-let unused rooms, if possible, in order to avoid vacancies.
b.) Until the room is otherwise allocated, the guest must pay the calculated amount for the duration of the contract.

Other recreational opportunities
Lübeck is only about 10 km away. Whether by car, train, or bus – the city can be reached quickly. Famous residents include Thomas Mann ( + Willi Brandt). Niendorf, Timmendorf, Scharbeutz, and the Priwall are easily accessible by bicycle. The Baltic Sea resorts to the east in Mecklenburg–Western Pomerania (e.g. Wismar) are also within easy reach.
Holiday destination
From the apartment, you have a good view of the shipping traffic. In front of your eyes, the incoming ferries turn around to moor. Especially in the evening, this is truly a sight to behold.
It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the old town and the Priwall ferry. With the bicycles belonging to the apartment, you need less than 5 minutes. In the old town, you will find Travemünde’s shopping district featuring several cafés and a promenade with adjoining beach.
The yacht and fishing port and Scandinavian quay can be reached on foot in 5 minutes.
Getting there
Directly in front of the property, there are bus and train stops for long-distance and local traffic (Travemünde-Lübeck-Hamburg; it is approx. 20 minutes to Lübeck Central Station). The A 1 motorway in the direction of Lübeck/Hamburg or Puttgarden can be reached in little more than 10 minutes.
Inexpensive flights to major European cities such as London, Milan, and Barcelona depart from Lübeck Airport. And Hamburg Airport is only about an hour’s drive away. Have you always wanted to take a nice boat trip? Ferry services to Malmö, Helsinki, Riga, or St. Petersburg start practically at the door. Adventure is calling – set sail!

Die Wohnung ist klein aber OHO! Sie besitzt einen sehr großen Balkon mit
Blick auf eine große Grasfläche, einen Fahrstuhl, einen eigenen Parkplatz, einen Fahrradkeller in der Tiefgarage und einen eigenen Strandkorb direkt an der Wasserlinie.
Seeeehhhhrrr zu empfehlen ist eine Fahrradtour zum Eisessen nach Boltenhagen., Lübeck oder den Küstenbadeorten. Ein Träumchen für Alle die gerne Radfahren.
Die Vermieter sind seeeehhhrrr nett und eine Anreise von Sonntag auf Sonntag
ist hier möglich ( also ohne LKW-Verkehr. )
Die Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet. In der Küche kann man den frischen Fisch selber braten. ( Frischen Fisch gibt es direkt am Hafen).

Die Qualität der Wohnanlage ist hervorragend. Die Wohnung selbst und die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. A,uch die Lage, ob zu Fuß , Fahrrad oder mit dem Bus war für uns bestens. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen und würden auch gerne wiederkommen.
