Cancellation fees in the event that you do not go on your holiday or cancel depend on the cancellation date prior to the start of the rental period. Cancellations fees are calculated in Euro and as follows:
- up to 28 days prior to the start of the rental period 0%
- 27 days prior to the start of the rental period 20%
- 15 to 11 days prior to the start of the rental period 40%
- 5 days prior to the start of the rental period 60%
- 5 to 3 days prior to the start of the rental period 80%
- from 2 days prior to the start of the rental period 100%
The 30% advance payment is non-refundable. We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.

Other recreational opportunities
Miltenberg, the Pearl of the Main River, and Amorbach, the magical Baroque-style city in the Odenwald region are all just a few minutes by car away from us. The water castle of Mespelbrunn is also in the immediate vicinity.
Kleinheubach is also the home of the Prince of Löwenstein. The castle and its extensive park offer endless options for events. Elton John, Helmut Lotti, and other big stars in the art scene have held open-air concerts here. Exclusive wine festivals, culinary night etc. invite you to stay and to enjoy the wonderful atmosphere of the castle's park.
Holiday destination
The sunbathing lawn invites you to unwind. However, it also offers the active people among us countless ways to spend their free time (.e. (g. badminton, boule or table tennis)
Getting there
Coming from BAB Frankfurt/Main towards Würzburg - take the Stockstadt exit on the B 469 towards Miltenberg exit Kleinheubach (ca.35 km). Coming from BAB Würzburg towards Aschaffenburg exit Wertheim(Urphar) -towards Miltenberg ca. 40 km. The market community of Kleinheubach is without a doubt one of the major business centres in the low Main area in Bavaria.
Located between the Spessart and the Odenwald, along the north-south connection between Frankfurt and Tauberbischofsheim, as well as the west-east connection between Heidelberg and Würzburg is the market community of Kleinheubach with a population of 3662. Owing to its excellent transport links, the B469, Kleinheubach is favoured as a business location. From here you are around 45 minutes away from the Rhein-Main airport of Frankfurt.
Transport links to Aschaffenburg are excellent, i.e. 20 minutes. Travel time to Wertheim is also around 20 minutes, and you can reach Tauberbischofsheim in about 35 minutes.
