Travel cancellation insurance is generally not included in the rental price. Please make sure you are covered in this regard. I would be happy to assist you in finding the appropriate travel protection.
If the cancellation occurs up to 60 days before the rental period, only the deposit will be retained as compensation to the property owner. From 61 days before the rental period, 60% is retained, from 40 days, 75%. If the cancellation occurs after this period, the total rental price is due. The renter is granted a contractual right of withdrawal until the start of the rental period.

The Ardèche is excellent for canoeing and kayaking. In the nearby St. Martin, you can rent canoes for a trip on the Ardèche. It is centrally located to all the attractions of Provence. From St. Julien, you can take day trips to Orange, Nimes, Avignon, Aix en Provence, and the Camargue. Saint Julien de Peyrolas is a small village with a bakery, a post office, a bar, a restaurant, and a small grocery store.

Wir waren in dem Haus während der größten Hitzewelle. Der Pool war ein Segen, auch die gerade erneuerte Klimaanlage im OG war hilfreich, besonders in der Nacht. Leider fielen die geplanten Ausflüge in die wirklich schöne Umgebung der Hitze zum Opfer. Das Haus ist älteren Baujahrs, aber es funktioniert alles und die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr gut. Lediglich die Betten könnten hochwertiger sein.
Der Garten ist ein Oleanderparadis, also vorsichtig mit kleinen Kindern oder Hunden, die alles verkosten wollen. Die riesigen Olanderbüsche machen den Garten / Poolbereich uneinsehbar für die Nachbarn, so dass man dort wirklich Privatsphäre hat.
Die Gastgeberin ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir hatten viele nette Gespräche und durften am Abreisetag länger bleiben.
