If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.

Comments
The heating of the indoor pool has a surcharge of 1500 € per stay. Mind that heating the water may last about 4 days - please advise with enough time if you wish to use the pool heating.
The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in.
