This country house is in a secluded spot surrounded by a forest. If you love nature, you may adore the rustic and rural landscape; where you can cycle and hike. Santanyí village is 7 km from the house and there you can shop, dine outside etc. You can explore this picturesque town strolling around the cobbled streets. A car is essential to move on the island and to access Majorca's lovely beaches like Cala Santanyí, Cala S'Almonia or Cala Llombards. Fresh fish and good seafood is offered in the restaurants of Portopetro and Colonia de Sant Jordi.

Schlechter als erwartet Diese Finca liegt einigermassen ruhig, soweit so gut. Wer aber glaubt, er wäre allein täuscht sich, direkt nebenan ist ein weiteres Haus, davon fehlt ich der Beschreibung jeglicher Hinweis!!! Aber ich denke wir hatten Glück, das Haus nebenan war nicht vermietet, aktuell waren Abends und enden Sonntagen die Besitzer vor Ort, der Lärm hielt sich in Grenzen. Zum Hau: Schon deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, ist vor allem die Elektrik nicht ausreichend. Wer etwa das Bügeleisen nutzen will, haut die Sicherungen raus, analog gilt das für die Mikrowelle. Kühlschrank und Geschirrspüler sind aus dem letzten Jahrtausend und entsprechend kaum zu gebrauchen. Im Pool wurde offensichtlich noch nie etwas gegen Algen unternommen, der Boden ist entsprechend gefährlich glitschig. Fazit: Leider nie wieder!
