A deposit of € 300.00 is required. (For Christmas and New Year's Eve € 500) Please pay the deposit within 10 days (immediately in case of short-term booking). Please transfer the balance one week prior to your arrival date. For bank transfer please state your holiday period and full name!

Local tax € 2.00 per person/day (children up to 15 years free of charge), final cleaning/garbage flat rate € 13.00 per person/stay, cancellation fee exemption € 2.00 per adult per day
Following payment of this additional fee, you have the option to withdraw from your reservation at any time without giving a reason and without incurring cancellation fees. According to the otherwise applicable General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006), 40% of the total package price would have to be paid as a cancellation fee in the event of cancellation between three months and one month before the date of arrival, and 70% in the event of cancellation up to one week before the date of arrival and 90% of the total package price in the last week before the planned date of arrival. Cancellation fee waiver is not possible for those weeks in which Christmas, New Year's Eve and the first week of January fall. We recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance. We charge a handling fee of € 30.00 for a refund.
