Cancellation policy
The tenant may withdraw from the rental agreement before the start of the rental period by providing written notice to the landlord. The relevant time is when the landlord receives the notice of withdrawal. If the tenant withdraws from the rental agreement, they must pay a lump sum compensation for the expenses already incurred by the landlord and the lost profit as follows:
Withdrawal up to the 45th day before the start of the rental period: 20% (but at least 25.00) Withdrawal up to the 35th day before the start of the rental period: 50% Thereafter and in case of no-show 80%
The tenant is entitled to prove that the landlord suffered no damage or significantly less damage. Upon withdrawal from the contract, the tenant may name a substitute tenant who is willing to enter into the existing contractual relationship in their place. The landlord may object to the entry of the third party if they appear to be economically or personally unreliable.
If a third party enters into the rental agreement, they and the previous tenant are jointly and severally liable to the landlord for the rent and any additional costs arising from the entry of the third party. The landlord is obliged in good faith to re-let accommodation that is not used and must offset any savings against the cancellation fees claimed by them. The tenant is advised to take out travel cancellation insurance.

Holiday destination
Callantsoog is located about 12 km south of Den Helder, right behind the dunes. This region boasts the most sunshine hours in the Netherlands.
The village center, with various restaurants and shops, has a cozy atmosphere. Shopping is possible from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. During the season, various events take place in the town center.
Callantsoog offers direct access to the long beach. The nature reserve Het Zwanenwater (breeding ground for over 70 bird species) is situated at the entrance to the town.

Wir hatten eine rundum perfekte Auszeit in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus!
Das Haus ist großzügig geschnitten, sehr geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die große, voll ausgestattete Küche - hier fehl es wirklich an nichts. Ob gemütliches Frühstück oder gemeinsames Kochen am Abend, alles ist problemlos möglich
Auch die Lage ist ideal: In etwa 15 Minuten erreicht man bequem zu Fuß den Ortskern von Callantsoog und den Strand.
Das Ferienhaus liegt in einem sehr gepflegten und ruhigen Park, sodass man die Erholung in vollen Zügen genießen kann.
Der Kontakt zu den Eigentümern war äußerst freundlich.
Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Ambiente verdienen absolut 5 Sterne. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder
