Getting there
Follow the Roma - Grosseto, Cecina, and San Vincenzo motorway for about 25 km.
At the Donoratico exit, continue towards Castagneto Carducci and Sassetta. After about 6 km, you will reach a sharp curve; continue on the road towards Monteverdi Marittimo.
At signpost 14.7, you will reach the GUALDA junction.
The property is accessed via a typical Tuscan gravel road about 1.8 km long. It is not a paved, asphalted road. Drive slowly! The road to paradise is rocky. Not suitable for low-slung sports cars.

Host informationIn 1994, Pierre discovered this property and house as a ruin and rebuilt it. For many years now, we have been sharing our little paradise with our guests who, just like us, appreciate the peace and nature. The feel-good factor is very important to us, and we are always available for questions, requests, and suggestions.
We are a German couple and have been living in Tuscany all year round for several years.

Eine lange Sehnsucht ist wahr geworden, euch in der Toskana zu besuchen. Wir verbrachten eine entspannte Woche bei Euch in Eurem Paradies. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Traumblick von unserer Terrasse auf den Pool und eure Anlage. Alles so liebevoll hergerichtet. Vom ersten Augenblick an fühlten wir uns herzlich willkommen. Wir haben die Ruhe und Entspannung sehr genossen und auch die Umgebung kennengelernt. Danke für die Tipps.

Wir können die Wohnung von ganzem Herzen weiterempfehlen. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr schön und gepflegt, der Pool ist groß und liegt auf der Ebene mit Blick in bewaldete Hügel. In der Ferienwohnung ist alles da, wenn etwas fehlt helfen Catherina und Pierre weiter, auch mit Brot, Öl, Wein oder Marmelade .Der Strand ist etwa 30 Minuten entfernt und auch einige schöne Orte sind gut erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
