If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.

The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area a few kilometres from the centre of Chiclana de la Frontera, one of the most charming towns in the province of Cadiz. In the area you will find all the necessary services to enjoy an independent stay. Less than two kilometres away is the well-known beach of La Barrosa, an 8 km long stretch of sand that is a unique space where you can enjoy the sea, breathe in the fresh air and take advantage of the wide range of tourist attractions created under its influence. If you feel like it, you can visit Chiclana and take a route around its seven "magic points", viewpoints from where you can admire marvellous views of the city. The more adventurous will also find nearby routes to do on foot or by bicycle and where they can enjoy the nature of the area.
