Other recreational opportunities
Also you can do several watersports at the Veerse Meer (Veerse Lake), but also at the Northsea you can swim, surf or fish. At the beach there is a beachrestaurant with sunterrace.
To rent: beachchairs, parasols, sunbeds etc. You also have a Beachtoilet, beachshower and a beach-first-aid. Walking/Cycling through the dunes, the forests; historical cities
Holiday destination
Very nice walking, cycling, horse riding etc in the forests of Domburg, or the beaches along, or through the dunes. In the forests you find a castle from the 12th century and the Natur Museum Terra Maris. Golfcours in the dunes of Domburg, tennis in Oostkapelle and Domburg. When you go to the beaches, you go through the dunes to the sea and there is a beachrestaurant with sunterrace; for rent: sunchairs, sunbeds etc. There also are public douches, toilets; strandpost, first aid etc.
In the nature you see deers and other wild animals.
You have to see the historic cyties like Middelburg, Vlissingen, Goes, Zierikzee, Knokke, Brugge, Antwerp. etc.
When you arrive at saturday, the supermarket is open till 17.00 a'clock. Park Dennenbos: supermarket.
Getting there
When you arrive in Oostkapelle, you take the thirst road (Rotunda)to the right:Follow " Stranden"; that is the Dunesroad(Duinweg). Then the 4th road at your right: the Oosterpark (the road just in front of the Vakantiepark Dennenbos you go to the right; house 2 at your left side: Oosterpark 113. On saturday: the supermarket id open till 17.00 a'clock.
The Dunesroad ends at the dunes and the beaches. In our garden you can hear the sea!! The nature is wunderfull around our holidayhouse: a lot of forests and dunes. This part of the Netherlands is very quiet. Most tourists are the German people.

Wir waren zum wiederholten Mal in diesem wundschönen Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist liebevoll ausgestattet und der Garten wunderschön angelegt. Man kann in beidem sehr gut relaxen.In 15 Minuten ist man am Hundestrand, wo der Hund tollen Auslauf hat. Die Umgebung ist schön und die Restaurants super. Die Familie Klijmsmit sind nette Vermieter, die auch für Sonderwünsche ein offenes Ohr haben. Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub und hoffentlich bis bald. Familie Klingovszky
