Cancellation policy
In the event of early termination of the rental contract without providing a substitute tenant who rents the bungalow for the booked period under the same conditions, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
-up to 49 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
-up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
-up to 14 days before the start of the rental period: 90% of the rental price
-later than 14 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
The cancellation must be made in writing, and the relevant date is the time of delivery of the notice to the landlord.
If the tenant terminates the stay early, the entire rental price must be paid.

Holiday destination
You'll reach the beach at Paal 17, complete with a fantastic beach bar, within a 10-minute bike ride. The island forest (Dennenbos) is perfect for restorative walks, and the charming restaurant with a beer garden and children's playground in the adjacent main park "So What" is just a 5-minute walk away. The bustling life of De Koog, with its many restaurants, bars, and shops, is 3 km away, while the center of the main town, Den Burg, is 6 km distant.
Getting there
After leaving the ferry, continue straight towards De Koog. You will pass through 3 roundabouts and at intersection No. 13, turn left onto Californieweg, towards Ecomare. The first holiday park on the left side is "'t Luwe Land", which you will come across after about 300m. Turn left here and immediately left again, passing by the parking bays. After 25 meters, there is a footpath on the right. Stop there briefly to bring your luggage to the bungalow. You will find it after 25 meters on the right side of this footpath. In the garden shed, there is a luggage trolley. Car parking space 9b is at the end of the driveway.

Host informationWe, Manuela, Hartmut, and Vivien Geuther from Dormagen, discovered the island of Texel in 2008. This little patch of earth and sand thrilled us so much that we have been going there every year since and finally fulfilled our dream of owning our own bungalow in 2017.

Wir hatten ein wunderbare Woche in einem sehr gepflegten Ferienhaus. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und es fehlte an nichts. Die Sauberkeit war tadellos, die Betten bequem und die Sitzgelegenheiten im Garten konnten wir bei schönem Wetter prima nutzen. Ein Gasgrill und 3 Fahrräder sind zur Nutzung bereitgestellt.
Gerne kommen wir wieder.
