Cancellation policy
Article 5. Cancellation
5.1 We recommend that you take out your own cancellation insurance.
5.2 In the event of a cancellation, the costs for the agreed part of the total rent will be charged after the signing of the rental agreement. Upon signing the rental agreement, the first part of the total rent must be paid within 2 weeks. The second half of the total rent must be paid 2 months before the start of the rental period. If a cancellation occurs within one month before the rental period, the costs will amount to 75% of the total rent.
5.3 If the rental agreement is terminated by the tenant (Star), i.e., canceled by the tenant (Star) or if the tenant (Star) leaves the rental property prematurely or if the tenant (Star) does not move into the rental property before 6 PM on the day the rental period begins, the tenant (Star) owes the total rent.

Wir waren 2 Wochen im Ferienhaus 122 und haben uns gleich den Urlaub für 2026 wieder reserviert. Super schönes Haus, eingezäunter Garten, perfekt mit Kindern und Hund! Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Vermieter, somit 100% Empfehlung!
We verbleven twee weken in Vakantiehuis 122 en boekten meteen onze volgende vakantie voor 2026. Een fantastisch huis, omheinde tuin, perfect met kinderen en een hond! Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame verhuurders, dus we raden het 100% aan!

Reichlich Kühlmöglichkeit für Lebensmittel und Getränke so wie auch gefriergut, Sauber, geräumige dusche mit WC und extra WC, große Terrasse mit geräumigem Garten.
Gute Betten.
Einfach sehr Gut….
