Cancellation policy
Withdrawal from the rental contract is only possible in writing. If you withdraw from the rental contract (for whatever reason) without naming a replacement tenant, the following compensation regulation applies:
- Cancellation up to 42 days before the start of the rental period: 30 % of the rental price.
- Cancellation up to 14 days before the start of the rental period: 60 % of the rental price
- Cancellation later than 14 days before the start of the rental period: 90 % of the rental price.
Special Corona regulation: If there is an official travel warning by the Foreign Office for Andalusia or the whole of Spain for the time of your planned stay in our holiday flat, you may also withdraw from the rental contract at short notice and free of charge.

Not far from the holiday home is a beautiful little park with fragrant pine trees, a children's playground and a café/bar.
Visit the royal riding school in Jerez or a sherry bodega. Take trips to the most beautiful cities in Andalusia (Cádiz, Sevilla, Ronda, Granada), to the picturesque white villages (Vejer, Arcos, Sietenil), to Morocco or to the Doñana National Park.
Holiday destination
Conil – that's white houses and palm trees under a deep blue sky and a miles-long sandy beach. And all this with around 3,200 hours of sunshine a year!
The holiday flat is located in one of the best residential areas of Conil with nice restaurants and bars. The lively old town with its tapas bars, restaurants and shops is only a 10-minute walk away.
In front of both balconies there is a road leading to the beach, where more traffic is to be expected, especially in high season and on weekends.
Getting there
Those from mainland Europe with a lot of time on their hands might want to travel by car. The distance from Frankfurt (Germany), for example, is around 2,500 km.
If you are travelling by air, we recommend Jerez de la Frontera Airport (62 km). However, you can also fly to Seville (130 km) or Málaga (220 km), which can be cheaper.
You do not need a car in Conil since you can reach everything easily on foot. There are also bus connections to the surrounding towns, to Jerez and Málaga airports. However, if you want to explore the beautiful countryside, a rental car is recommendable.
Off-season, there is plenty of parking close to the house. In high season, however, parking can be difficult – as is the case throughout the entire town.

Wir waren im März zweieinhalb Wochen in dieser schönen Wohnung und können uns den vorherigen Bewertungen nur anschließen.
Die sehr gute Lage (nur 2 Minuten zum Strand und 10-15 Minuten zur Altstadt Conils), die gute Ausstattung der Wohnung, die entspannte Parksituation und der wunderschöne Ausblick von den beiden Balkonen aufs Meer: Was will man mehr!
Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich bei der Vermieterin/dem Vermieter Frau Frommann und Herrn Malinowski - auch für das umfassende Infopaket vorab und natürlich auch bei Katharina für den überaus freundlichen Empfang.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren nun schon zum zweiten Mal in dieser gemütlichen und hochwertig, modern eingerichteten Ferienwohnung. Es hat Spaß gemacht in dieser schönen offenen Küche zu kochen, es ist alles da, von Gewürzen bis zur Salatsschleuder. Traumhaft der Blick auf unvergessliche Sonnenuntergänge mit Palmen.
Leider hatten wir in diesem historisch schlechten Winter viel nasses Wetter mit Sturm, Regen und grauem Himmel. Dieses Jahr konnten wir im Gegensatz zum letzten Winter nicht so viel draußen unternehmen, wie wir ursprünglich geplant hatten.
Deshalb war es für uns besonders wichtig, eine so tolle Unterkunft zu haben.
Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld mit den Eigentümern und der Kontaktperson vor Ort,Katharina, war ausgezeichnet.
Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen!!!

Liebe Frau Köchling, ganz lieben Dank für das tolle Feedback und dafür, dass Sie schon zum zweiten Mal so liebe Gäste waren! In den ersten Wochen dieses Jahres wurde ganz Andalusien von ungewöhnlich schlechtem Wetter geplagt. Dass es Ihnen trotz Regens wieder so gut bei uns gefallen hat, ist für uns ganz besonders schön zu hören. Vielleicht ja bis zum nächsten Mal ... wir würden uns sehr freuen!
