Cancellation policy
The tenant can withdraw from the rental agreement by written declaration before the start of the rental period. The date of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal at the lessor is decisive.
If the tenant withdraws from the lease, he has to make a lump sum replacement for the expenses already incurred by the landlord and the lost profit in the following amount:
Cancellation up to 3 months prior to the start of the rental period: no cancellation fees
Cancellation up to 1 month before the start of the rental period: 40% of the rental price
Cancellation up to 1 week before the start of the rental period: 70% of the rental price
Cancellation within the last week before the start of the rental period: 90% of the rental price
The tenant reserves the right to prove that the lessor has suffered no or a significantly lower loss.
The tenant may appoint a substitute tenant who is willing to enter into the existing contract relationship in his place. The landlord may object to the entry of the third party, if the landlord appears economically or personally unreliable.
If a third party enters into the rental agreement, he and the previous tenant are liable to the lessor as jointly and severally responsible for the rental price and the additional costs incurred by the third party.
The landlord shall, in good faith, rent an accommodation which has not been used elsewhere and must allow the savings saved to be credited to the cancellation fees claimed by him.
The conclusion of a travel cancellation insurance is recommended to the tenant.

Getting there
From the north A7 to the Allgäu triangle, change to the A980. After approximately 4 km take the B19 (exit 3) direction Oberstdorf. Follow the B19 for about 30 km. (Petrol station tip: after about 3 km on the B19 is a right (cheap) JET petrol station with back-shop and WC's.
Shortly before Oberstdorf (McDonald on the right) take the first exit in a roundabout towards Kleinwalsertal. After approx. 15 km turn right towards "Schwende". After the "Breitachbrücke" follow a sharp turn to the right immediately turn left, direction "Innerschwende". After approximately 300m turn right into the private road "Innerschwende 12a, b, c", uphill and through the house passage, on the left you will find the entrance to 12a at the end of the building.

Host informationWe, Renate and Reiner Waldhaus, live in Bottrop and love the mountains. 2016 have a dream come true with the purchase of the apartment in the house "Sonnalpin". Particularly impressed by the location of the house with the fantastic view of the entire valley, the "heavenly" peace and the great leisure possibilities during all seasons. After extensive renovation and modernization of the apartment, we are glad that we can now rent it to other lovers of the mountains.

Kann diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen.
Der Balkon ist super, man schaut über das gesamte Dorf Riezlern und man hat alle Berge des Kleinwalsertals um Blick. Einmalige Lage!!
Die Wohnung ist neuwertig eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts.
Auch die Schlüsselübergabe ist top durchdacht, und klappt reibungslos.
Die Lage im Kleinwalsertal bietet einige Attraktionen.
Breitachklamm (einmaliges Naturwunder) viele Bergbahnen und noch vieles mehr.

Sehr netter Kontakt zu den Vermietern. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock eines Hauses etwas abseits von Riezlern. Wir brauchten 7min zum nächsten Supermarkt und 15min hoch zum Ifen zum Skifahren. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Die Dusche ist super. Die Schlafcouch ist eher für kleinere Kinder geeignet, da sie nicht so lang ist. Alles in allem super und wir können es nur weiterempfehlen.
