Cancellation policy
If your holiday cannot take place due to Coronavirus measures such as a closed border and/or negative travel advice to Zeeland, we offer you the flexibility to rebook your holiday to another period. Alternatively, we offer a voucher for the (deposit) so you can look for another period at your convenience.
The total amount of the booking remains the same or will be adjusted to the price for that period. If the amended booking becomes more expensive, you will pay the difference additionally.
For everything else, our General Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy remain in effect. You can cancel your booking up to 6 months before the rental start date. In the event of withdrawal from the contract between 6 months and 1 month before the rental start date, a fee of 20% is payable. For cancellations within 1 month before the entry date, 90% of the rental price. In case of withdrawal on the day of the rental start, the entire rental amount is 100% payable.

Our holiday home is located at Noordzee Residentie Park De Banjaard on the Zeeland island of Noord-Beveland, right by the North Sea. Due to its unique location—between the North Sea, the Oosterschelde, and the Veerse Meer—it's the perfect base for exploring Zeeland. Culture and history can be found in Zierikzee, Goes, Middelburg, Domburg, and Veere. Nature lovers can explore the area by bike or through the hiking trails. Of course, there are plenty of options for water sports enthusiasts.

Wir haben eine tolle Woche in der Villa verbracht. Wir, das sind eine Großfamilie aus drei Generationen, 4 Omas und Opas, 4 Eltern und ein Onkel sowie vier Enkel-Mädchen im Alter von 2-7.
Alle haben sich wohl gefühlt. Wir konnten viel unternehmen, im Haus , in der Anlage, am Meer und in der weiteren Umgebung. Wir haben den Bollerwagen des Hauses oft genutzt, die Kinder haben ihn geliebt. Aber auch mit dem Rad haben wir viele Ausflüge unternommen. Die Villa bietet alles, was man braucht, ein toller großer Garten und auch eine Sauna. Es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub.

Wir waren mit 10 Personen (Großeltern, 2 Söhne mit je 4-köpfiger Familie) plus Hund eine Woche in Ihrem großzügigen Ferienhaus. Da das Wetter super war, konnten wir auch den wunderschönen Garten ausgiebig nutzen. Es war alles top: gute Betten, großer Esstisch, Ausstattung der Küche. Im neuen Bad neben dem Esszimmer hätten wir uns allerdings eine Tür oder zumindest einen blickdichten Vorhang gewünscht, außerdem fehlten uns einige Haken zum Aufhängen von Kleidungsstücken und Handtüchern.
