Cancellation policy
The guest is obliged to pay the agreed price if the contractual services are not used, less the expenses saved by the landlord.
The savings amount according to experience rates at apartments 10% of accommodation costs.
After the possible resignation at any time, the traveler is obliged to pay the following compensation:
Up to 45 days before arrival: 30%, at least 25,00 € per person
Up to 29 days before arrival: 60%
Up to 1 day before arrival: 90%
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the landlord up to the above dates.

Nearby there are countless excursion possibilities. The oldest city in Germany "Trier" is just half an hour's drive away from us. The beautiful Mosel cities such as Cochem and Bernkastel are also nearby.

Holiday destination
The proximity to the Moselle, Cochem, Bernkastel-Kues and Trier, as well as in the immediate vicinity of the Eifelmaare, form an ideal starting point for all sorts of activities and attractions.
The quiet location, large, enclosed property in the middle of nature, are also ideal for switching off, just relax and escape the stress of everyday life.

Our cottage is located in a quiet location in the countryside. Nevertheless, the surrounding cities are in the immediate vicinity.

Vielen Dank Familie Stolz, für ihre sehr zuvorkommend, unkompliziert und freundlich Art.
Wir hatten eine sehr angenehme Zeit in ihrem
schönen, gepflegten und sehr gut ausgestattetem Haus, mit riesigem Garten und vielen Möglichkeiten auch bei schlechtem Wetter, da im Keller Tischtennisplatte, Kicker ... und viele weitere Spiele für kleine und größere Kinder zur Verfügung stehen.
Auch in der Wohnung fehlte es uns an nichts, sogar Waschmaschine und Trockner standen zur Verfügung.
Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Ferienwohnung ist total schön, mit weitem Blick über grüne Hügel und Gärten bis zum Horizont. Wanderwege direkt vor der Haustür, großer Garten. Ideal, um auszuspannen, zu wandern, Fahrrad zu fahren, Natur und Stille zu genießen. Sehr freundliches Umfeld, nette Vermieter. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
