Holiday destination

Locted at the foot of the hills you can see the mountains on the border with Slovenia, the 'Colli Orientali del Friuli' with its famous vineyards. Cividale, Gorizia, Trieste are within a 45 minutes drive and a day trip to Venice is always worthwhile. In the immediate neighborhood there are fine dining restaurants (1.5 km,) as well as typical 'trattorie' or 'agriturismi,' where in addition to excellent wines regional dishes are served at an excellent price / performance ratio.

Getting there

By car: Coming from the north (Tauern motorway): Exit Udine-Nord, keep left after the tollbooth, follow direction Cividale, exit at Udine-Ribis, then turn left until you see a yellow flashing traffic light, there left again at San Bernardo, after the church tower on the right is the house with the apartment. Coming from the west (Verona, Venice), at the junction Trieste-Udine in the direction of Udine, then take the exit Udine-Nord, then as above... By train: Udine station, then about 7 km by rental car or taxi By plane: Aeroporto Trieste (TRS) - (with Ryanair, Lufthansa, Volotea etc), then bus transfer or rental car to Udine (about 45 min.

Eine ganz tolle Unterkunft. Wir waren bereits mehrfach dort. Das Grundstück ist ein Traum und auch die Besitzer sind sehr liebe und angenehme Gastgeber. Alles ist sehr (klein-)kinderfreundlich! Toll ist auch der Kontakt zu den Tieren - allen voran den beiden Hunden. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Urlaub!

Wir haben lange überlegt - das Für und Wider einer offenen Bewertung abgewogen - sollte man diese Top-Wohnung mit ausschließlichen Bestnoten in Sachen Wohnqualität, guter Lage und Erreichbarkeit, Gastfreundschaft und Kinderfreundlichkeit der Eigentümer, der schönen Stadt Udine und Umgebung sowie ihrer guten Gastronomiebetriebe lobend erwähnen und damit Gefahr laufen, die äußerst sympathischen Eigentümer einer Lawine von Nachfragen auszusetzen oder sollte es genügen, persönlich Dank zu sagen, gibt doch der Buchungskalender ohnehin den Nachweis einer ausreichenden Nachfrage? Wir gehen doch ins Netz - was besonders gut ist, darf und muss auch besonders bewertet werden - für jedermann nachlesbar! Einen Wermutstropfen wollen wir aber nicht verschweigen: wir sind sehr traurig, nicht mehr dort zu sein!
