Location: Detached holiday home, in a quiet location on the outskirts of the village, close to the beach and the forest. Equipment: The property has three bedrooms, 1 of which is on the ground floor, and the 2nd one is on the 1st floor. The bedrooms have 2 single beds (single duvets). The bathroom with bathtub and shower is on the ground floor. There are also 2 toilets, one of which is on the ground floor, and the other one is on the 1st floor. In the flat you will find a washing machine and a dryer. The fully equipped kitchen has, among other things, a microwave and dishwasher, and a fridge with freezer compartment. There is an oven in the storage room. There is satellite television, and we also have wifi in the house. The flat has a garden, terrace, and its own parking. From 2018 you are no longer allowed to smoke in the property! Ancillary costs are payable to the landlord: € 100.00 deposit Final cleaning fee (mandatory) € 75.00, and spa tax. We allow a maximum of 1 pet. Fee per pet € 25.00 (maximum of 1). Children's furniture (per piece of furniture per rental period): children's bed € 10.00, high chair, and € 10.00 Bedlinen: Mienthuis 1 including Mienthuis 2,3 € 6 per person

Petra and Robert Kikkert have owned this special part of Texel since 1985. At the time, guests were welcome in their own farm, where they rented out apartments. Springtij Texel now welcomes the third generation of regular guests. The enterprising and hospitable attitude is typical of the Texel couple. Robert uses his expertise as an interior builder; Petra is a hostess pur sang. With a lot of love they invested – and still do! – in Springtij Texel. The result is impressive. The holiday homes are spacious and luxurious, with the necessary privacy. The wide lawn, the natural pond and a piece of forest together form the estate, a secret gem on Texel.
