Cancellation policy
The booking is confirmed with the payment. Cancellation is free of charge up to 4 weeks before the arrival date. After that, CHF100 will be deducted from the refund for the activities. In the case of very short-term cancellations less than 2 weeks before the arrival date, only half of the total amount will be refunded.
Payment is possible via bank transfer or credit card (+2.5%).
Our rental prices are fixed in Swiss Francs CHF. You are also welcome to make a transfer to our WISE Euro account. We would give you the price with the current exchange rate in advance.

Holiday destination
Lavin is located in the beautiful Lower Engadine and the house "Chasa Perspectiva" is located directly by the village square, just a minute's walk from the train station, the local grocery store, the bakery with a café, a restaurant, as well as the sports field and children's playground. Hiking and cycling trails also start just a few minutes' walk from the house and you are very close to nature. In winter there is a 3 km long sledding run, a children's ski lift for the little ones and an ice rink for skating. There are also wonderful cross-country skiing trails along the river, directly from the village. The Scuol ski area can be reached by train/car in approx. 20 minutes.
Getting there
Lavin is very easy to reach by car or train. The Chasa Perspectiva is only a minute's walk from the train station in Lavin and here is the link to Google Maps
