Cancellation policy
If the TENANT cancels or terminates the reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
For cancellations up to 42 days before arrival: full refund.
For cancellations from 41 days to 28 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
For cancellations from 27 days to 8 days before arrival: 70% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
For cancellations from 7 days to 1 day before arrival: 80% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
For cancellations on the day of arrival or NO SHOW: 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
The cancellation date is considered to be the date on which the cancellation notice is received. (For Sundays or public holidays, the next working day applies). In case of no-show or an unannounced delay, ISTRALINE retains the total amount of the reservation.
