In the event of withdrawal/cancellation, there is a flat-rate claim for compensation, which is calculated as a percentage of the agreed rent according to the following scale:
Up to 42 calendar days before the start of the rental period: free cancellation
Up to 30 calendar days before the start of the rental period: 35 percent
Up to 8 calendar days before the start of the rental period: 60 percent
Up to 1 calendar day before the start of the rental period: 80 percent
After that and if you don't show up: 100 percent.

Binz is ideal for long walks on the beach or on the promenade. For longer hikes, it goes through the Granitz to the Osetseebad Sellin. Our tip is a return trip on the Rasender Roland, the historic railway.
Holiday destination
The elegant and modern "Villa Hansa" in spa style is quietly located on Elisenstraße, in the immediate vicinity of the spa park of the elegant Baltic Sea resort of Binz and has only 7 residential units. The beach promenade is approx. 250 m away, bordered by the fine sandy beach and the Baltic Sea.
It is an extremely quiet vacation home, as the picturesque Elisenstraße ends after about 30 meters in a cul-de-sac that borders on the pedestrian zone.
Getting there
You will arrive directly at Binz, Elisenstrasse 6. If you have reserved a car parking space, park on space no. 4 behind the building. For handing over the keys, we will put your apartment key in a key-safe and we are going to send you the code before your arrival. We put the spa cards on the dining table in the living room.

Wir haben zum dritten Mal nacheinander, jedes Jahr im März, in diesem sehr gemütlichen und mit viel Geschmack eingerichteten Appartement gewohnt und jedes mal haben wir uns wie zu Hause gefühlt.

Sehr schöne Wohnung,sind als Paar mit einem Freund und zwei kleinen französischen Bulldogen angereist. Man hat alles was man benötigt,zwei Bäder einmal dusche einmal Wanne und zwei Schlafzimmer. Jedes Zimmer ist sehr schön eingerichtet,man kommt rein und fühlt sich gleich sehr wohl. Sehr zum empfehlen . Man hat überall elektrische Rollos , wirklich top Wohnung
