From our apartment in the popular coastal region of Costa de la Luz it is only about 15 minutes walking or max. 5 min. by car to the beautiful sandy beach La Barrosa and the beautiful beach promenade with a numerous restaurants, beach bars and shops. Small supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, banks, cashpoints or various smaller shopping centers are only a short walk away, and about 3 minutes' drive from 3 large discounters. The bus to Chiclana stops right at the residence, or you go by car in about 10 minutes. Various stores (food, surf shop, international newspapers and magazines etc.), restaurants, tapas bars, hairdresser, fitness center, a video store and a park with children's playground within very short walking distance (3 min.).

Nach einer unkomplizierten Buchung konnten wir uns in dieser tollen Wohnung wie zu Hause fühlen. Danke Frau Kofler für das Bereitstellen der Kleinkinder Utensilien und an Maika für die nette Betreuung vor Ort. Die Wohnung war großzügig und super ausgestattet, die Wohnanlage mit den Pools sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage ist ruhig und die Entfernung von ca. 20 Minuten Fußweg/3 Minuten Autofahrt zum Strand war für uns mit Auto kein Problem. An der Wohnanlage ist eine Taverne und ein Kiosk für kleine Einkäufe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Danke!

Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allen ausgestattet was man braucht. Frau Kofler kümmert sich um alle Anliegen sofort. Die gesamte Anlage macht einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck. Auch die Lage ist gut, man kann den Strand zu Fuß in ca. 15 Minuten erreichen. Zwei gute Restaurants sind ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. Alles in allem 100 Punkte.
