SEGGIANO is a small romantic mountain village with around 1,000 inhabitants and remains fog-free throughout the year - a peculiarity of the local climate and the foothills of Monte Amiata between 400 and 600 meters of altitude. Olives, pines, cypresses, whine and chestnuts adorn the typical Tuscan landscape. You will meet friendly people in the locality - without the trappings of mass tourism.
Getting there
When coming on the motorway from Switzerland or Austria - Modena, Bologna, Florence exit "Impruneta", Siena - SS 2 in the direction of Rome, Montalcino in the direction of Monte Amiata.

Wir haben den Urlaub hier sehr genossen, die eine Woche war leider viel zu schnell vorbei! Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. In dem herrlich großen Garten kann man problemlos einen ganzen Tag verbummeln. Massentourismus ist in dem kleinen Ort - zum Glück - ein Fremdwort. Ein Supermarkt, der auch eine kleine Auswahl an Produkten aus dem Ort anbietet, liegt direkt vor der Haustür. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Unbedingt den Aperitif "Gunter 60" in der Bar gegenüber probieren! ;)

Sehr schönes altes Anwesen, das von den Vermieter (dem Ehepaar Heinemann) perfekt in Schuss gehalten wird, im Herzen von Seggiano. Der Ort Seggiano und das benachbarte größere Castel Del Piano sind ideal um einen Urlaub ohne Hektik und Stress im Herzen der landschaflich sehr schönen Toskana zu verbringen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und sehr geschmackvoll mit alten Möbeln eingerichtet. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und aufmerksam und dabei trotzdem sehr angenehm zurückhaltend. Wir empfehlen dieses Objekt allen wärmstens weiter und würden dort jederzeit wieder gerne, allerdings dann für längere Zeit, jederzeit wieder buchen.
