Holiday destination
Located right by the sea, amidst the beach, you'll find Westkapelle, with its dyke, dunes, and a small lake/creek as well as a forested area to the south of the town.
A marked trail circles the lake, and anglers will find their favorite spot. In the town center, there's a small beach at the spot where the dyke was breached in 1944.
To the south of the town begins the long beach that stretches all the way to Vlissingen! Here, you can enjoy approximately 12 km of sandy beach for endless beach walks. Even during a hefty southwest storm, this beach route is popular.
You can stop by various beach pavilions for a good meal, with a fantastic view of the sea.
Getting there
You can arrive and depart every day. Arrivals from 4:00 PM (or upon request). Departures until 10:00 AM (or upon request).
During the high season, arrival and departure only on Saturday (rental only per week).

Leider waren wir enttäuscht. Bei Ankunft obwohl man Endreinigung zahlt dreckig, Sand auf der Couch. Angestandenes stinkenden Wasser in der Spülmaschine, dreckige Teller. Ungeziefer im Wohnzimmer und in den Schränken. Man zahlt mehr aber es schien als würde sich nicht mehr gekümmert

Toll, sauber, leider ohne Gefrierfach. Da wir von weiter her kamen konnten wir keine Kühlakkus einfrieren. Auch nicht um diese mit zum Strand zu nehmen, das war schade. Die Spülmaschine reinigt schlecht. Vorhänge Blickdicht um Wohnzimmer wären toll zum Schutz und bei Wärme. Kombimikro war super. In Wohnung und Aussenbereich waren viele Hundehaare. Tolle Couch und viele deutsche Programme leider etwas kl der Fernseher und Wasserkocher verkalkt. Hat uns gut gefallen.
