Cancellation policy

Receiving the Rental Property If the tenant is unable to take possession of the rental property at the agreed time, they must immediately inform the landlord in writing. The landlord will attempt to find a replacement. The costs associated with the search are the responsibility of the original tenant, with a minimum cancellation fee of 100.00 EUR being due, even if a replacement tenant is found. If a new tenant is not found, the tenant owes the landlord upon notification: 25% of the rental price if 6 weeks before the start of the trip, 50% of the rental price if 4 weeks before the start of the trip, 100% of the rental price if 2 weeks before the start of the trip. Existing hidden defects in the rental property or its equipment do not entitle the tenant to refuse the rental property or to reduce the rental price, unless the defect was known to the landlord. Force Majeure If the fulfillment of the rental contract is significantly impeded, endangered, or impaired directly and concretely as a result of force majeure (natural disasters, war, civil unrest), the landlord may withdraw from the rental contract.

Holiday destination

Our holiday home is located in the park "Aquadelta 'de Kreek'". In the park itself, as well as at the new marina, there are laundry facilities, a nursery, supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias. Charming cafes and bars invite you to linger. The small fishing village of Bruinisse, just a few minutes' walk away, is situated directly on the Grevelingenmeer. The unique landscape offers a multitude of recreational opportunities. The park's center provides everything needed for daily life. The island offers a variety of sightseeing opportunities. Visit Zierikzee, about 12 km away. The place is easily accessible via well-maintained bicycle paths. Zierikzee is a picturesque, medieval town with many charming cafes and an antique harbor. From there, boat trips are possible.

Getting there

You can arrive via the Grevelingendamm. Bruinisse to the left Aqua Delta to the right After crossing the bridge at Bruinisse, take the Aqua Delta exit at the next roundabout. After 200 m take the 1st street on the left After 200 m take the 1st street on the right here is the entrance to Park De Kreek

Host informationA few years ago, we discovered Zeeland, this beautiful park, and instantly fell in love with it. Here we find peace and relaxation. At the same time, we enjoy the expansive sandy beaches and the beautiful dune landscapes. In addition to the great cities like Zierikzee, Middelburg, Goes, and Renesse, we are also active in water sports here. The Dutch are very hospitable and easy-going - we are in the right place!

Gut eingerichtetes Ferienhaus, wir haben nichts vermisst. Sehr ruhig und doch nahe am Zentrum des benachbarten Ferienparks mit kleinem Supermarkt, Restaurant, Schwimmbad. Viele Spielplätze auf dem Gelände. Bei Anreise waren bereits 30°C im Schatten. Die Wohnung war dank umstehender Bäume und Rollläden angenehm kühl, was auch die folgenden Tage so blieb. Zeeland und die Umgebung bieten viel zum Sehen/Erkunden für alle Altersgruppen. Der Westerscheldetunnel (Richtung Brügge/Gent) ist inzwischen für normale PKW (bzw. Fahrzeuge bis 3m Höhe) mautfrei. Das wusste unser Navi wohl noch nicht und wollte diesen deswegen meiden. Bezüglich des Doppelbettes im OG beachten, dass es sich um einen gemeinsamen Lattenrost und eine Matratze handelt. Zwei einzelne Bettlaken sind daher ungeeignet.

Wir haben in dieser liebevollen eingerichteten Ferienwohnung eine sehr schöne Woche verbracht, es ist alles was man benötigt vorhanden. Man fühlt sich fast wie zu Hause. Wir hatten einen sehr netten Kontakt mit den Eigentümern.
