The villa "Casa DeniMar" is located in a beautiful villa area of El Verger opposite a small Mediterranean park, about 900m from the beach. El Verger is a charming little place with a picturesque village character before Denia. Here you will find supermarkets and shops, restaurants, bars and cafes, a fitness center, doctors (including German-speaking), banks, and endless beaches. The center of Denia is about 7 km away.
In Denia, you will find everything: a yacht and sailing harbor with beautiful promenades, great shopping streets with a variety of stores, a beautiful old town, and the best infrastructure.
In Denia and the surrounding area, you can take wonderful bike rides; there are many developed flat bike paths.
2 airports (Valencia and Alicante) are each 100 km away; both airports are served by various airlines, including budget ones (Ryanair).
Car rentals are very affordable in Spain.
The weather in and around Denia is fantastic, and the climate is among the best and healthiest in Europe. Denia has 325 sunny days a year, and even in winter, the days are usually sunny and clear with pleasantly mild temperatures.

Wir sind -leider- wieder zuhause angekommen.
Wie bereits beim ersten Besuch Ihres wunderschönen Anwesens haben wir unseren Urlaub sehr genießen können und uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt.
Was für ein wunderschönes Fleckchen Erde! Hier kann man entspannen, den Alltag hinter sich lassen, die Umgebung erkunden, den Stress des Alltags vergessen! Selbst unsere beiden Hunde fühlten sich soooo wohl und fast wie zuhause. Unser Urlaub war einfach wunderschön und auch das Wetter hat wieder mitgespielt.
Vielen Dank, dass wir an diesem herrlichen Ort sein dürften.
Wenn es gesundheitlich geht, war es bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal, dass wir bei Ihnen waren und Dank Ihnen haben wir einen neuen Lieblingsort und der heißt Casa Denimar in El Verger.

Wir hatten in Ihrem schönen Haus einen tollen erholsamen Urlaub. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch der Garten ist super toll und sehr gepflegt. Wir kommen gerne wieder, vielleicht auch einmal in Ihr Haus auf Rügen.
