Cancellation policy
The renter can withdraw from the rental contract in writing. If the renter cancels without naming a successor, the damages will be paid as follows with the calculations of the saved expenses, if re-rental is not possible:
Cancellation:
- up to 75 days prior to arrival = 35% of rental price
- up to 45 days prior to arrival = 50% of rental price
- up to 14 days prior to arrival = 75% of rental price
otherwise (later than 14 days prior to arrival) = 100% of rental price

This exclusive villa park is in a quiet location between the Oosterschelde and Veerse Meer with its many water sports.
The beautiful kilometre-long sandy beach, voted the cleanest and most beautiful beach in the Netherlands in 2015, is within walking distance from the house.

Venlo - Tilburg - Breda - Roosendaal - Richtung Vlissingen (A58)- exit for Middelburg, Burg Hamstede (N57) -
exit at the Kamperland roundabout, third exit - follow the sign for "Noordzee Residence De Banjaard" park - at the roundabout around the centre, take the 2nd street for Oosterscheldelaan
from Cologne - Kerpen -
a. (recommended route) go towards M'Gladbach - Venlo - same route as above
b. Aachen - Antwerp - follow the city ring motorway towards Breda - exit towards Bergen op Zoom (A12) - towards Vlissingen - exit towards Middelburg, Hamstede Castle - exit at the Kamperland roundabout and continue as above

Host informationWelcome. We have completely redesigned the house inside and out in accordance with our modern requirements. For us it should be a relaxing break from everyday life. We hope you'll think so too. The last renovation took place in 2020.

Nach 2025 haben wir bereits zum zweiten Mal diese Quartier gebucht und haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Viel Platz für 2 Erwachsene + großem Hund. Das Haus ist so ausgestattet, dass alles was benötigt wird genügend vorhanden ist. In diesem Jahr hatten wir sogar 7 Tage Sonne pur :-)
Der eingezäunte Garten ist ideal für den Hund.
Die sehr nahe Lage zum Parkcenter vereinfacht schnelle Nachkäufe im Supermarkt der Anlage.
Leider hatte das Restaurant während unserer Anwesenheitszeit geschlossen.
Die Lage vom Ferienpark mit Strandnähe lädt förmlich zu ausgiebigen Spaziergängen oder Fahrradtouren ein.
Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.
Kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren nach 2025 bereits zum zweiten Mal in der Unterkunft. Alles wieder zur vollsten Zufriedenheit. Sogas das Wetter hat uns volle 7 Tage mit Sollenschein und sommerlichen Temperaturen verwöhnt.
Im Haus ist alles genügend und vollständig vorhanden und man findet sich auch schnell zurecht.
Durch den eingezäunten Garten kann auch der Hund sich frei bewegen und benötigt keine dauernde Beaufsichtigung.
Wir kommen bei Gelegenheit gerne wieder.
