Cancellation policy
1. In the event of a cancellation by the guest, the guest owes Texelduinen a cancellation fee. In addition to the due reservation fee, the following cancellation fees are payable:
In the event of cancellation up to forty-two (42) days before the arrival date: thirty percent (30%) of the price*
In the event of cancellation from the forty-second (42nd) day up to and including the twenty-eighth (28th) day before the arrival date: sixty percent (60%) of the price*
In the event of cancellation from the twenty-eighth (28th) day up to the day of arrival: ninety percent (90%) of the price*
In the event of cancellation on the day of arrival: one hundred percent (100%) of the price*
(* Tourist tax, costs for bed linen and cleaning are not to be paid as part of the price in the event of a cancellation.)
2. The guest must make the cancellation in writing (by letter or email).

It is therefore the perfect starting point for cycling and walking tours across the island. The North Sea beach with the beach pavilion Paal 17 can be reached in 5 minutes by bike. Ecomare is nearby. At a distance of 1.5 kilometers, you will find two riding schools and a subtropical swimming paradise. Supermarkets, nice shops, and cozy restaurants can be found in the seaside resort De Koog, 3.5 km away.
