Cancellation policy
The client may cancel the booking by providing a written statement to the landlord. The decisive factor is the date of receipt of the cancellation notice.
The following flat-rate cancellation fees apply:
25% of the rental price for cancellations up to the 42nd day before the start of the rental period
60% of the rental price for cancellations from the 41st day up to the 28th day before the start of the rental period
90% of the rental price for cancellations from the 27th day up to the 1st day before the start of the rental period
100% of the rental price for cancellations on the day of arrival / no-show
The client is at liberty to prove that the landlord has incurred lesser damages. For example, if the property could be rented out for the same period and under the same conditions to someone else.

Important note: Our villa is located in the 5-star holiday park "Noordzee Residenz de Banjaard", on a large, completely fenced, beautiful property which offers a lot of privacy for relaxing, sunbathing/chilling out. 2 car parking spaces. The kilometers-long sandy beach of de Banjaard is just a few minutes' walk away, and it has been awarded the title of the most beautiful beach in the Netherlands multiple times. Brand new beds of 2.10 meters have just been installed.

Wir waren mit 5 Frauen für ein verlängertes Wochenende zu Gast im Ferienhaus Anker und haben uns dort rundum willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet. Der schöne gepflegte Garten lud zum gemütlichen Beisammensitzen ein. Gartenmöbel waren mit Sonnenliegen, Tischen, Stühlen, Sonnenschirmen, Grill mehr als reichlich vorhanden.
Das Haus befindet sich in einem sehr schön angelegten und äußerst gepflegten Ferienpark nur wenige Gehminuten zum Strand. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt - wir kommen sicher gerne wieder!

Wir haben eine Woche hier verbracht. Ein sehr schönes, sauberes und gepflegtes Ferienhaus. Der Garten ist ideal für Familien mit Kindern. Der Strand ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten gut zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und der Service waren super.
Absolute Empfehlung. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!
