Cancellation policy
1. In the event of a cancellation by the guest, the guest owes Texelduinen a cancellation fee. In addition to the due reservation fee, the following cancellation charges apply:
In case of cancellation up to forty-two (42) days before the arrival date: thirty percent (30%) of the price*
In case of cancellation from the forty-second (42nd) day up to and including the twenty-eighth (28th) day before the arrival date: sixty percent (60%) of the price*
In case of cancellation from the twenty-eighth (28th) day up to the day of arrival: ninety percent (90%) of the price*
In case of cancellation on the arrival day: one hundred percent (100%) of the price*
(* Tourist tax, costs for bed linen and cleaning are not to be paid as part of the price in the event of a cancellation.)
2. The guest must make the cancellation in writing (by letter or email).

The semi-detached bungalow 'De Wijnhof' is situated at the end of a small bungalow park on the edge of a forest. Nearby are many cycling and hiking trails. The North Sea beach can be reached in 5 minutes by bicycle. Ecomare and the beachcombing museum Flora are 1 kilometer away. The bungalow park has a bicycle rental, a restaurant, a playground, and a shop with a bread service. Various shops, restaurants, and supermarkets can be found in the seaside resort De Koog (3.5 km) or in the shopping district Den Burg (4 km).
Getting there
The park 'So What Oost' is located on Californiëweg. Here you turn in, and then immediately take the first road on the left. Continue driving until you reach your parking space 7b and park your car. Walk back a short distance along the path, keep to the left until you reach bungalow 7b. 'De Wijnhof' can be recognized by the red hedge.
