The owners will charge the following amounts, depending on the time of cancellation by the tenant:

Cancellation within 90 to 60 days before arrival: 25% of the rental price.
Cancellation within 59 to 30 days before arrival: 50% of the rental price.
Cancellation within 29 to 7 days before arrival: 75% of the rental price.
Cancellation less than 8 days before arrival: 100% of the rental price. If the landlord can find a new tenant for the planned period, the costs for the tenant are reduced.
