1. In the event of a cancellation by the guest, the guest owes Texelduinen a cancellation fee. In addition to the due reservation fee, the following cancellation fees apply:
In the event of a cancellation up to forty-two (42) days before the arrival date: thirty percent (30%) of the price*
In the event of a cancellation from the forty-second (42nd) day up to and including the twenty-eighth (28th) day before the arrival date: sixty percent (60%) of the price*
In the event of a cancellation from the twenty-eighth (28th) day up to the day of arrival: ninety percent (90%) of the price*
In the event of a cancellation on the day of arrival: one hundred percent (100%) of the price*
(* Tourist tax, costs for bed linen and cleaning are not to be paid as part of the price in the event of a cancellation.)
2. The guest must make the cancellation in writing (by letter or email).

This detached holiday home is peacefully situated on the edge of Den Burg, at the end of a cul-de-sac. It offers a fantastic view over the landscape of the Hoge Berg. Texel sheep graze in the surrounding meadows. Lovely shops, cozy restaurants, and supermarkets can be found in the village center at 800 meters. There is a market in the center every Monday morning. The Schapenboerderij Texel, where you can cuddle lambs, and the food forest (formerly self-picking orchard) are within a distance of 2 kilometers.
