Cancellation policy
The following cancellation fees apply to the base rental price (final cleaning, security deposit, and tourist tax will be fully refunded):
Up to 60 days before arrival: Retention of the deposit (20% of the rental price)
59 to 30 days before arrival: 50% of the rental price
29 to 14 days before arrival: 80% of the rental price
From 13 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price
We strongly recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Holiday destination
Our holiday home "Seestern 177" is located in the family park "Bungalowpark Strandslag" in Julianadorp aan Zee. Situated directly behind the dunes, the wide sandy beach and the year-round beach pavilion are just a short 350-meter walk away.
The well-maintained grounds impress with plenty of green spaces and small waterways. A cozy restaurant with a scenic terrace as well as the daily fresh bread service in the park ensure a relaxing stay.
Getting there
By car: Easily accessible via the A7/N9 towards Den Helder. 2 private parking spaces are available directly at the house for a hassle-free arrival.
By public transport / train: Arrive at Den Helder Zuid station (approx. 4 km away). From there, bus line 30 takes you directly to the park entrance (stop "Strandslag Noordzee").

Host informationOur holiday home was built in 1996. We are still the original owners and have been renting it out ever since—first through Avac, then through Strandslag-Verhuur. Since 2008, we have been renting it out privately and are very happy with this approach.
