Cancellation policy
The tenant is entitled to cancel or terminate the rental agreement in accordance with the following conditions:
a. The cancellation must be communicated to the landlord in writing by registered mail.
b. If the cancellation occurs after 8 days and up to three months before the start of the rental period, 25% of the net rent will be charged. For a cancellation between three months and one month before the start of the rental period, 50% of the net rent will be charged. For a cancellation within one month to one week before the start of the rental period, 75% of the net rent will be charged. For a cancellation less than one week before the start of the rental period, the entire net rent will be charged.
c. Upon receiving the tenant's cancellation, the landlord will issue a cancellation invoice in accordance with the above-mentioned conditions. Any money already paid will be offset according to the cancellation rules, and any excess money paid will be refunded to the tenant to the bank account provided to the landlord.
d. If the tenant finds a new tenant who enters into the rental agreement in his place under the same conditions, the landlord will accept this and the tenant will not have to pay any cancellation fees.

Wir haben uns in diesem Ferienhaus zum drittenmal rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, hervorragend ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles hat wieder perfekt funktioniert - von der Einrichtung über die Küche bis hin zu den technischen Geräten. Man merkt hier sofort, dass hier Wert auf Qualität und das Wohlbefinden für die Gäste gelegt wird.
Besonders möchten wir den außergewöhnlich freundlichen und herzlichen Kontakt zu Familie Turin erwähnen.
Auch die Lage in Oostkapelle ist ideal, um die wunderschöne Umgebung, den Strand und die Natur zu genießen. Wir haben erneut unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen und können dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
Ein großes Dankeschön an Familie Turin für die schöne Zeit - wir kommen gerne nächstes Jahr wieder!

Ein schönes Haus direkt am Waldrand mit allen Dingen, die man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt.
