Cancellation policy
The tenant can withdraw from the rental agreement in writing.
In the event of withdrawal, the following payments of the rental price are to be made:
-up to 75 days before the start of the trip = 40% of the rental price
-up to 45 days before the start of the trip = 50% of the rental price
-up to 14 days before the start of the trip = 75% of the rental price
less than 14 days before the start of the trip = 100% of the rental price
Travel cancellation insurance is recommended.

Our holiday home is quietly situated in the 5-star villa park "Noordzee Residence De Banjaard", directly behind the dunes.
The special location in Zeeland, between the North Sea, Oosterschelde, and Veerse Meer, makes the park truly unique.
The kilometers-long sandy beach, just 250 meters from our house, has been repeatedly voted the most beautiful and cleanest beach in the Netherlands. All conceivable water sports can be practiced in the immediate vicinity.
Facilities in the park include bicycle rental, tennis, mini-golf, trampoline, table tennis, arcade, supermarket, restaurant, reception. Many playgrounds are available.
Charging stations for electric cars at the park center, for a fee.
A well-developed network of cycling paths leaves nothing to be desired. Nature reserves and dune landscapes invite you to extensive hikes.
The historic, medieval places worth seeing are: Middelburg, Veere, Domburg, and Zierikzee.

Wir haben eine tolle Woche in einem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Seit mehr als 10 Jahren verbringen wir immer Mal wieder unseren Urlaub in diesem Park und dieses Haus war mit Abstand am Besten. Sei es die Ausstattung, die Sauberkeit und vor allem der persönliche Kontakt mit Familie Giebichenstein.
Dazu kam das tolle Wetter. Hat wirklich alles gepasst.
Ein kleiner Minus- Punkt war der Park an sich. Wie gesagt nach mehr als 10 Jahren kann man auch hier beobachten, dass der Service in dem Park leider von Jahr zu Jahr schlechter wird.
Dies hat aber wie gesagt nichts mit den Vermietern dieses Hauses zu tun!
Alles in allem SEHR weiterzuempfehlen. Gerade wenn man wie wir mit einem Hund verreist!

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber!Es fehlte an nichts.Der Garten mit der schönen Terrasse ist perfekt zum entspannen.Der Weg zum Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen!
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Immer wieder gerne.
