Cancellation policy
In the event of cancellation of the rental agreement, the following fees will be charged:
a) up to 61 days before the start of the rental period = 50% of the rental amount
b) less than 61 days before the start of the rental period = 100% of the rental amount.
However, if a replacement tenant is found for a) or b) who takes over the rental contract on a 1 to 1 basis, a fee of €60.00 will be charged and any excess amount paid will be refunded.

Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist optimal um
Ausflüge zu Fuß oder per Rad zu unternehmen. Alles was man für den täglichen Bedarf braucht war im Haus
vorhanden. Die Einrichtung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles war super sauber
und pflegeleicht angeordnet. Der grüne Außenbereich bietet enorm viel Platz und
bietet gerade für Kinder genug Spielmöglichkeiten. Die Terrasse lädt von Mittags bis Abends zum Sonnenbaden ein.
Eine kleine überdachte Terrasse befindet sich hinter dem Haus wo man einen Grill vorfindet und man auch seine Fahrräder bequem unterstellen kann. Also alles in allem, ein perfekter Urlaub
Wir würden das Ferienhaus jederzeit wieder buchen, weil es echt sehr empfehlenswert ist.
