Cancellation policy
The booking can be canceled free of charge up to 120 days before arrival. In the event of a later cancellation, change or no-show, we reserve the right to charge 100 percent of the entire price if no re-rental occurs. In the event of a re-lease, we will refund the travel price up to the amount of the re-lease income. There is no entitlement to a refund upon cancellation of the holiday when you already started your holiday.

Das Haus ist ein Kunstwerk. Es ist unglaublich liebevoll eingerichtet, man hat fast den Eindruck in einer kleinen Kunst-Galerie zu wohnen. Adriano, der Eigentümer, ist Architekt, Fotograf und Künstler und das erlebt man in jedem kleinen Detail. Wir haben die Zeit unglaublich genossen und werden sicher wieder kommen.

Extrem schön, alle beteiligten Menschen sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist so schön, wie es auf den Bildern erscheint. Allerdings kleiner: es gibt 9 Schlafplätze, alllerdings nur ca. 6 Essplätze und auch die Küche erträgt wohl nicht mehr Belegung ... Wir waren zu Fünft - alles paletti. Wunderbarer und kurzer Weg zum Strand: immer gut Platz, keine endlosen Liegestuhlreihen, keine fahrenden Händler, richtig familiär und angenehm. Alles sauber und tiptop. Wir waren das eine oder andere Mal an anderen Stränden, kamen nachmittags aber immer gerne zurück! Barzahlung des Hauses für 2 Wochen eher nicht in unserem Sinn. Alles in allem: wenn ihr nicht bucht, dann kommen wir wieder!
