Svetvincenat is a located 25 km north of the city of Pula The regions surrounding the house are fascinating due to their development in agritourism and excursions to the caves of “Festinsko Kraljevstvo”. Svetvincenat s surrounding rural catering establishments are known for their authentic Istrian cuisine and traditional settings.

Getting there

The best way to come here is by car - only 7 km far is junction "Žminj" on the fast hughway "Istrian Y". Anyway, you need the car for everyday trips all around the Istrian Innland. Also, you can travel by plane - Pula airport (PUY) is 25 km far. But, in that case, you need to hire the car

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Auch der Pool ist immer top sauber und wirklich toll. Das Haus ist ein renovierter Altbau und hat unglaublich viel Charme. Die Einrichtung passt zum Haus und ist komfortabel. Die Räume sind klimatisiert, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die Betten sind bequem. Der Außenbereich ist sehr großzügig. Die Lage ist sensationell, wir haben jeden Morgen und Abend vor der Haustür gesessen und den Ausblick genossen. Zwei kleine Lebensmittelläden und einige Restaurants und Cafés sind innerhalb ganz weniger Minuten zu erreichen. Bis zum Meer sind es einige Kilometer, aber die Lage ist trotzdem toll. Gut geeignet für alle, die nicht inmitten der Touristenhochburgen Urlaub machen wollen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit, wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

We had a really happy and relaxing holiday at Villa Lassie last July. The Villa is very clean and has everything needed for a perfect holiday. The bedrooms were well appointed with adequate linen, towels.... The pool is perfect and well maintained by Maria, who made us feel very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble for them. It is a great place to stay and perfect location to visit the rest of Istria. The Villa is set in a peaceful village and we have no hesitation in recommending Villa Lassie.
