Holiday destination
The house is located in the pretty village Petrcane north of Zadar.
The sea and the small marina are about 80 m, the nearest beach with a small beach bar is about 300 m away (rock / pebble beach).
Other beautiful beaches can be found within 5 to 10 km. For example, the sandy / pebble beach of Zaton (5 km) or the beautiful 3 km long sandy beach of Nin (8 km).
Getting there
Take the A1 motorway to the Zadar 1 exit
• When leaving the motorway, take the Adriatic road towards Zadar (about 20 km).
• When you arrive at the second traffic light in Zadar, turn right and follow the road to Nin.
• Go straight for 3-4 km on this road and turn right at the second traffic light (on the right you will find the supermarket Plodine).
• Drive along the road for 8 km and turn into Petrčane
(there is a traffic sign). There is a gas station.
Then drive straight to the sea and follow the road to the beach of Pinia and park there.
The landlady is waiting for you here and brings you to the house.
