Cancellation policy
If you cancel your holiday booking, we will refund 100% of the costs if the period you booked is rebooked and completed by another guest at the same price. We will make every effort to secure another booking and notify you when this is the case.
If the previously booked period cannot be completed at the same price, the deposit will not be refunded.
If you are unable to travel due to border closures, the property owners will be contacted to see if the reservation can be moved to another period in 2023 or 2024.
The deposit paid for this reservation would be used for the new booking.

Restaurants and supermarkets can be found in Vodnjan, only 10 minutes away. Pula is the nearest large city with many historical monuments, beautiful and romantic streets, galleries, and artists. The east side of the Istrian peninsula is rich in amazing beaches with crystal clear water, and the west side offers spectacular sunsets.

Wir sind bereits zum dritten mal hier. Das Haus ist eher abseits von vodnjan aber mit dem Auto leicht zu erreichen. Nach Pula sind es ca 10 km. Es ist ein reisen Anwesen mit Hühner von denen man sich morgens die Eier holen darf. Da es sehr abgelegen ist ist es hier so ruhig und gemütlich. Die Einrichtung ist gut und im Haus und den Zimmern ist überall eine Klimaanlage. Man kann hier echt abschalten und ruhig auch mal Party machen und die Musik lauter drehen.
