Host's notes
Cancellation policy
The tenant may withdraw from the rental contract before the start of the rental period by written declaration to the landlord. The relevant date is the date on which the notice of withdrawal is received by the landlord. If the tenant withdraws from the rental contract, they must pay lump-sum compensation for the expenses already incurred by the landlord and the lost profit as follows:
Withdrawal up to the 45th day before the start of the rental period: 20% (but at least 50€)
Withdrawal up to the 35th day before the start of the rental period: 50%
Thereafter and in case of no-show: 100%
The holiday home can be cancelled free of charge if arrival is not possible due to an official order from the Netherlands or if a mandatory quarantine would be imposed on the return trip to Germany. The termination by the tenant in this case is possible at the earliest 7 days and at the latest 3 days before arrival.
The conclusion of a travel cancellation insurance is recommended to the tenant.

A15 Rotterdam/Europoort: Take the Hellevoetsluis/Ouddorp (N57) exit, then take the Brouwershaven/Scharendijke exit, follow signs for Brouwershaven/Den Osse and then follow signs for Landal Port Greve.
A16 Breda-Rotterdam: Take the A59 exit towards Zierikzee. Then follow A59. Near Nieuwkerk head towards Brouwershaven/Den Osse. Follow signs for Landal Port Greve.

Traumhafte Ferienwohnung in sehr ruhiger Lage. Spielplätze ca. 500 Meter entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeit fußläufig ca. 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Zum Strand sind es ca. 10 Minuten per pedes. Sehr freundliche Hausverwalter. Vorgarten eingezäunt und mit Hecken umgeben, sodass die Kinder viel flitzen konnten. Die Wendeltreppe ist sehr steil und mit Vorsicht zu genießen vor allem mit Kleinkindern. Am oberen Ende der Treppe ist allerdings ein Verschlussgatter. Wir waren absolut zufrieden. Die Bettmatratzen sind allerdings recht weich. Stellplatz ca. 10 Meter vom Haus entfernt. Dort sind auch Müllcontainer direkt vorhanden. Trotz der Nähe zu den Containern konnten wir keine Geruchsbelästigung wahrnehmen.

Wir waren als Freundesgruppe zu Besuch im Ferienhaus Zeezeit und haben die Zeit in vollen Zügen genossen. Das Haus war perfekt für uns, um gemeinsam Zeit zu verbringen und abzuschalten. Ein riesiges Dankeschön geht an die Gastgeber. Sie waren unglaublich freundlich und gastfreundlich. Besonders geschätzt haben wir die tollen Tipps für die Umgebung. Dank ihrer Empfehlungen hatten wir ein tolles Programm und konnten die Gegend richtig entdecken. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
