Cancellation policy

The cancellation policies listed below apply in normal times, but we are very keen to ensure that our guests who have to cancel due to circumstances beyond their control do not incur financial loss. Last summer, due to the special situation, we gave all our guests the opportunity to rebook free of charge, regardless of the cancellation date. Should the coronavirus crisis continue, this approach will be adopted this year as well. Cancellation by the tenant If the cancellation is made up to one calendar month before the start of the rental period, the deposit remains due. If cancellation occurs after this date, the total amount (excluding deposit) is due unless a new tenant can be found for the rental period or part of it. In the latter case, 10% of the rental amount remains due for the relevant part of the rental period, regardless of the time of cancellation.

Holiday destination

Breskens is located in the south of the Netherlands in the province of Zeeland and at the westernmost point of the Westerschelde. The holiday home itself is just a few minutes' walk from the endless beach, one of the most beautiful in the Netherlands. Breskens (approx. 4500 inhabitants) has always been a fishing village. Therefore, a distinctive feature is the fishing harbor with a fish market (for buying or tasting). Breskens is the optimal starting point for all kinds of activities, thanks (but not only!) to the ferry to Vlissingen.

De afgelopen mei-vakantie hebben we anderhalve week in Fort Soleil 34 doorgebracht. Voorzieningen in het huisje zijn ruim voldoende aanwezig. De 3 slaapkamers zijn ideaal met 2 pubers. Parkeren kan gelijk voor de deur, plaats voor 2 auto's zelfs. De tuin ligt op het zuiden en bied heel veel zon. In de nabije omgeving is meer dan genoeg te doen. Het strand is ongeveer 15 minuten lopen. Breskens centrum is ongeveer 30 minuten lopen. Per mail heel prettig contact gehad met Philipp & Nadia. Code van het kluisje kwam 's ochtends netjes per SMS. Wij zouden zonder nadenken dit huisje zo weer boeken.

Wir waren 2wochen in diesem tollen Ferienhaus,gute einrichtung,alles da was man braucht und auch mit unseren 3großen hunden war genug Platz. Garten war ausreichend und gut zum Entspannen. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war freundlich und direkt. Die Gegend vom Park und drumherum war sehr gepflegt und schön für die Kinder und hunde. Wir würden immer wieder gerne kommen.
