Cancellation policy
If you are not able to take your vacation as planned - which we would of course very much regret - we are ready to accommodate you financially. This means
if the cancellation is made more than 60 days in advance, you will receive a full refund of the deposit paid, minus a handling fee of € 90.
If the cancellation is made later, the 30% deposit paid at the time of the contract remains due and will not be refunded.

"Time is such a precious commodity that not even money can buy it" (Israeli proverb). Therefore, it is our concern that you as a guest can enjoy as much of your free time as possible in experiencing nature. You are also welcome to help with this, be it in the vegetable garden, flower and herb garden or in the olive grove.
Holiday destination
At the seaside, the beautiful sandy beaches at Castiglione della Pescaia and in the Parco Naturale della Maremma await you, for swimming the 'Canaloni' (waterfalls) in the river Farma and the Lago dell'Accesa, The area invites you to hike, bike, bolt or horseback ride, enjoy culinary highlights and renowned wineries. The Maremma is the center of the ancient Etruscans, place of work of artists such as Niki de Saint Phalle (Giardino dei Tarocchi, Daniel Spoerri and the sound artist Paul Fuchs.
Getting there
For long-distance journeys, we recommend travelling there and back by train. Destination stations are Grosseto or Montepescali. We will be happy to assist you in finding good timetable connections at reasonable prices.
Of course, you are also welcome to bring your own car. If you don't want to take a few days of 'pre-holiday pleasure' as a 'slow traveller' but want to arrive directly, we recommend you take the motorway via Milano - Firenze - Siena to the Civitella-Marittima exit or then via Livorno in the direction of Rome to the Gavorrano Scalo exit.
