Water sports enthusiasts, sun worshippers, hikers, cyclists, culture lovers and Burgundians, all feel at home on the vacation island of Schouwen-Duiveland.
The business premises, above the 4 apartments, are located in the cozy Dorpsstraat. Behind it - accessible through a gate - is the atmospheric courtyard with 15 recreation houses connected to the Dijkstraat, so that the resort also has a direct connection to the Grevelingenmeer, a beautiful recreation area!
The recreation homes around the new village square are almost identical in layout and design, but they all have their own appearance. The playful, characteristic Zeeland architecture, in combination with the co-designed green space and street furniture, give the square a friendly and accessible character. The square invites people to meet, but also offers the opportunity to quietly read a book, have a drink or enjoy a wonderful day outdoors.
