Holiday destination
The beach is 900 m away, just beyond the park starts the nature reserve, on the other side tulip fields, agriculture. The area is a cycling paradise, as the rest of the Netherlands shows us, giving cycling traffic at least equal rights compared to other road users.
Getting there
On the A3 towards Oberhausen, at the Oberhausen interchange head towards Arnhem/Emmerich. Stay on this motorway until Utrecht, then at the Knooppunt Oudenrijn interchange take the A2. Then take the exit at Knooppunt Holendrecht towards the A9, on the A9 head towards Schiphol/Haarlem, stay on this motorway until Alkmaar, take the exit for Ring Alkmaar and at the third exit of the ring, head towards Tolweg N9. On the N9 take the Callantsoog exit and drive through the village, staying on the main road. At the end of the village, turn into Abbestederweg and then right at 26 b. Drive slowly up to the barrier, which will open automatically, and stay on this road; the house 109 is located on a right curve.
