The charming Rustico is located in the heart of Tuscany between Siena, Grosseto, Follonica and San Gimignano.
In the next town of Sasso d'Ombrone, which can be reached on foot, you will find a small grocery store, a bar and the post office. A very good restaurant is 6 km from the house.
More services can be found in Paganico (5 minutes by car).
The beautiful natural beach of Marina di Alberese (40 minutes by car) with the finest sand is located in the middle of the “Parco Regionale della Maremma” nature reserve. What makes this beach so special are the miles of sparsely visited sandy beaches and the washed-up driftwood, which can be used to build wonderful huts and shade.
Another stop to explore the province is Grosseto (30 minutes by car), with its historic old town surrounded by a 16th-century hexagonal wall and dominated by the imposing Medici Fortress.
We also highly recommend a visit to the “Tarot Garden” of Niki de Saint Phalle with its fascinating giant figures, some of which can be walked on, in the middle of the wonderful natural landscape.
For guests interested in sports, there are many options such as tennis, golf, mountain biking, fishing, etc.
Of course, there are also walks in the nature reserve and day trips to the surrounding cultural cities.

Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, makellos sauber und es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Die ruhige Lage war perfekt zum Entspannen. Ganz besonders hat uns der herrliche und super gepflegte Garten gefallen. Der tolle Pool hat dann alles perfekt gemacht. Vielen Dank der herzlichen Gastgeberin, die sich persönlich gekümmert hat, damit alles reibungslos abläuft. Wir haben schon viele Ferienhäuser im Laufe der Jahre gebucht, aber dieses Haus zählt definitiv zu unseren Favoriten.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Anwesen sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr stimmungsvoll und liebevoll hergerichtet und hatte alles, was wir im Urlaub benötigen. Der Garten ist sehr schön, rundherum eingezäunt (der Hund hat es geliebt) und verfügt über einen schönen Pool mit viel Sonne oder natürlichem Schatten, je nach Geschmack.
Dieses Setting hat alles was man für einen ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub benötigt; so dunkel und still haben wir es lange nicht erlebt.
